Denia with its rich history is a busy commercial town which is fairly popular with British and other European holidaymakers. Its clean beaches stretch for several kilometres either side of the town and with its ferry terminal you can take a trip to some of the famous Island resorts such as Ibiza and Mallorca.
This town also has its fair share of restaurants and can offer very good shopping with some top brand designer outlets. Denia has seen various different cultures in its history including the Romans, Iberians and Arabs who have all left signs of their presence around the town. It also has a magnificent 16th century castle complete with a walk through tunnel underneath which will take you out of the town.
